Looking Back on 2024...Together

As we close out the final quarter of 2024 as well as the end of 2024, I have to take a pause to express my gratitude for the amazing team I've been so blessed to serve our clients, aka Pathfinders, with.

The team of literary professionals and industry experts here at Path To Publishing and our Path To Connections and PTP Press branches of business have done so many great things together this year.

From our Monday Morning Meeting of the Minds that we open up with a prayer circle, to our calls and Zooms throughout the week with our clients and each other. I've never in my life worked with a team of individuals who are committed to the shared vision of the company and not the paycheck. Who is committed to the results they help clients achieve in the spirit of under promising and overdelivering in excellence.

The burning desire in each team member to complete every task with love is what helps keep me on fire to serve. Them operating in their individual lanes of creative genius that's always flowing only makes the commitment, dedication, and the loving of what I do that much stronger.

And don't think for one minute that we're all work and no play, as a few of us were able to do both at our annual Path To Connections Retreat in Costa Rica. We did some training, but we also enjoyed the beach, massages, horseback riding, sightseeing, ziplining, swimming, barbequing and dining out, paddle boating, kayaking, tubing, laughing together, crying and praying together, and truly allowing our stories to connect us.

Every day I thank God for sending me people with vision that encourages and incites me to see, manifest and grow my own.

If I had to sum my team up in three letters and one word, it would be DAT: My team is All DAT(TM) . . . Dope And Talented. And I can't let this year end without publicly sharing just how amazingly blessed I am to work with individuals who make up what our USP (Unique Selling Proposition) of this company truly is . . . which is our H.E.A.R.T (Humility, Empathy, Authenticity, Relatability, Trustworthiness).
